Every engineer who works on your gas appliances holds current Gas Safe registration — the UK's official gas safety registration scheme. You can verify any Gas Safe engineer at gassaferegister.co.uk. We carry our registration numbers and will show them on request.
Worcester Bosch Approved Installer
As an approved Worcester Bosch installer, our customers can access extended manufacturer warranties of up to 10 years on qualifying Worcester boilers. Our engineers receive manufacturer training and have access to Worcester's technical support line.
Vaillant Advance Installer
Our Vaillant accreditation means we can offer extended warranties on Vaillant ecoTEC models. We're familiar with the full Vaillant ecoTEC range and carry common Vaillant service parts on our vans.
ACS Qualified Engineers
All our engineers hold current Assessed Competency Scheme (ACS) qualifications covering domestic natural gas appliances, including the core gas units and all relevant appliance categories.
